A Canadian singer jacked Wizkid's 'Starboy', and Nigerians are angry

The Weeknd is calling his new album 'Starboy', Wizkid's brand, and Nigerians are vexing all on social media.

The Weeknd, a Canadian singer most famous for songs like 'Can't Feel My Face', and 'The Hills', is calling his forthcoming album 'Starboy'.

He announced this on Twitter  and Nigerians are just like,

Nigerians know only one Starboy; Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, aka Wizkid.

Wizkid began using Starboy when he launched his record label in 2013, signing Maleek Berry and Legendury Beatz.

Wizkid fans from everywhere are not letting it slide.

According to OkayAfrica, Wizkid tweeted something not-so-friendly and deleted it after.

The Weeknd better shows some respect to the original Starboy, and we just might forgive him.
